3) March 27	What makes a learning environment effective? Provide at least two journal articles that discuss effectivness or non-effectiveness of such technology. Explain and justify your answer and give examples. Use APA format.
4) April 17	What is the future of technology-based learning environments in education ? Explain and justify your answer and give examples. Provide one journal article reference. Use APA format.
