Blah Blah Blah That's pretty much what you you get in a personal web site. Some average guy writes a page and goes on and on talking about himself and his life. And for some reason he feels that the world will stop and take notice of him as he rises from the technological backwaters into Internet prominence. If his site is anything like mine, the only hits he gets are from those web-bots that collect information for search engines.

Well Enough Of That I'm going to put you out of your misery. No blinking text or flashing lights. No cheezy graphics, animated gifs or, heaven forbid, background midi music that can't be turned off. Nope. This will be short, sweet and to the point. I'm hoping to get all pertinent information on this page and hopefully, you'll stick around to see the rest of the site.

On Your Mark. Get Set. Go! Well, my name is David Wright and I do some Systems Administration at the University of North Texas. I'm just finishing up a masters program in CECS and I might do a Doctorate and teach technology classes at the University level or I might just chill out for a while.
I  Always Enjoy Learning new things. A few of my hobbies, interests and recent endeavors include scuba diving, jujitsu, chess, web design, DIY speaker building, home theaters, computers, camping, biking, world traveling, photography and learning Portuguese. There's probably more but that's enough for now.

I  Just Recently got married. That's my beautiful wife Lilliana on the left. Actually, it's been a couple of years now but that's okay, it's all good. We are not planning on having any kids in the forseeable future so please stop asking.

Our Current Plans are to be debt free in by 2005, landscape the yard by 2004 and convert our garage into a study and second living area. I'd like to build a deck in the back yard and we'd also like to start investing and get some good travelling in before we start a family. I think some of these options may be mutually exclusive.

Feel free to send me an email if you want to chat. No jerks, flamers or pompous know-it-alls please. -- Thanks, David
