Lin Lin is an Assistant Professor of Learning Technologies at University of North Texas. Lin's current work includes online teaching and learning, new media and technology, teacher learning, and professional development. Lin has presented and published several papers in the above areas.

Lin received her doctoral degree from Teachers College, Columbia University (http://www.tc.columbia.edu/) in 2006. While studying at Teachers College, Columbia University, Lin taught online courses, worked as the manager of faculty support and later as head of teaching support for five years. During the same time, Lin was involved in a National Science Foundation grant as a technology fellow and pedagogical advisor for three years, working with New York City public school teachers and Columbia engineering school professors and graduate students to incorporate technology into teacher education and K12 school curricula.
